Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items with their original tags attached into the shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
